Happy Year of Impeachment!?!?
It is 2008 and the Democratic Leadership Council aka, the DLC, aka, the Dick Licking Corporatists, still have Impeachment off the table. Perhaps there isn't enough room on the table because the table is cluttered with DLC members bent over it, ass up , a congressional money shot. Pelosi, Reid, Emanuel taking it up the Rotunda. How much do the Corporate lobbyists pay the College Interns to stand in that line? And this bi-partisenship isn't so much a reach across the aisle as a reach around by the Neo-con Big Daddy who allowed them to have their leadership position, leadership as a Bottom? (Okay, I can see that)
Does Cheney fill there holes one at a time or does he do it like he "hunts" for quail, the scattershot approach with his sawed-off? Are the DLC as doped up as the quail? They definitely have their wings clipped. Speaking of Neo-con/Cheney's associates taking it in the face, Benazir Bhutto is one more crony who has paid dearly for dancing with the devil. Word of advise to her 19 year old son: You don't have to stay in London, but stay out of the family business and mess created by feudal politics and "nucular" proliferation.
The Bhutto family has a curse the size of Kashmir on it. And I ain't talking cashmere, the wool sweaters that have flooded the world market lowering the price of what at one time only Hollywood starlets wore to show off there torpedoesque bras, and now have devastated the Chinese countryside with its explosion of sheep and erosion of dirt to their voracious appetites (both the sheep's and the fickle middle-class consumer's. But I digress...
Or do I? The whole thing's connected. Globalization, People! Oil-ligarchy, multi-national exploitation, Enronization of governments. We should, by now, empathize with what the Pakistanis are going through, what with our own feudal passing on of power from one family member to another. Now we have a chance to continue our own strain of feudalism. Bush I and Bush II; The Clintons, aka, Bush Lite I and Bush Lite II. Why the neo-cons hate them so much must be political smoke and mirrors, give the "Reality" TV audience a sense of conflict. Slick Willie gave us NAFTA, opened the tight markets of Latin America and subsequently Asia like a patriarchal father opening up the tight ass of a seven year old while the puppet dictators weep in the next room, knowing that their legacy will be no more trips to Europe in fear of extradition to prison. But the poor dictators, if they don't go all loose canon (Hussein, Noriega, et al) can use their IMF and World Bank windfalls to flee to Massachusetts or Canada or The United Arab Emirates and use US taxpayer money to have Blackwater guard their asses. But, thanks to Clinton and Bush II (and soon, the once and future Hillary), "free" trade took that weeping away and added the clause of "blame the victim" if union organizers or environmentalists yell "Basta!" Now the peasant farmers have no recourse when US government subsidized agriculture floods their country. And if they do organize the CEOs can take them to the world court and sue them for impeding their profits, Slick Willie has left yet another stain on the sweatshop blue dress of international workers rights.
But now we have Bush Lite II, Slick Hillary. She voted yes to the war in Iraq, yes to continued funding of the war, yes to calling Iran's military a terrorist organization, yes to keeping Musharaff in Pakistan as Dictator for life, yes to Isreali nuclear proliferation, yes to walling off the Mexicans, yes to "free" trade expansion, yes to maintaining the "Patriot" Act, yes, yes, yes, yes, oh yes, oh yes, ohhhhhhhhhh yesssssss!!!!!! So it's a good thing that's she's pro-choice (well at least until it is no longer politically expedient for her to be) because the conception that she will bring forth after being in bed with the neo-cons has to be aborted when she hits the White House. If not, than Orwell's 1984 demarcation of nations will look like a utopian wet dream.
